Rooms were clean and beds were very comfy. Easy to get to the hotel. Had to go down to the 3rd floor for ice as the ice machine on 4th floor didn't work. It wasn't a big deal just an inconvenience. Internet service didn't work most of Thursday, but they were working to fix it.
Clean rooms. Staff was awesome! Max which is the shuttle driver was absolutely wonderful! Great experience!
We have enjoyed staying here. The pool is great and we had it to ourselves the whole time. Housekeeping has been great and even came back later in the day once when we had been napping. I would definitely bring our family back again.

Whenever we stay in Sturgis we stay at the holiday inn, however this time there was someone's cap still in the room making me question how thorough the maids actually cleaned. I know the pool water is always on the cool side, but I'm always a little disappointed when my daughter would rather be in the hot tub over the pool, because she's too cold to have fun. Still a great hotel with a very nice breakfast.
