Stop in for dinner around 6:00. No too crowded and the place was very clean. We ordered chicken tenders, chicken salad and two steak tips. The waitress was nice but very slow and inattentive. Took a long time to get the food and when it came only the chicken tenders were worth eating. The salad was fair and the steak tip were horrible. Might be better if you drink a lot first.
Bands were good. Food in dining room was hot service was great. Air conditioning was great. All over a great experience.
We came for a concert and had VIP tickets. Bouncers were rude and didnt know where we should go. We had VIP parking as well and only one bouncer knew where the lot was to park. Once inside the staff was friendly if you were spending money and would answer your questions. If you asked a question without buying anything they would brush you off and ignore you. So much for the VIP treatment.
Spent a few hours in the afternoon here. It was a hot day and decided to sit in the back by the bar where there was shade. We were paying $6 a beer for more than and hour when we were asked to leave our seats because they were reserved. No signage in sight. Asked the gentleman who told us we needed to move if people were waiting on our seats to which he replied no. What the hell?! Never again will I return to this establishment. Customer service sucks!!!!
Always a good time during the Motorcycle rally they always have great bands and beautiful bartenders. The food is good and there's never a cover you really cannot beat partying at the iron horse saloon we always make sure we take Da bus into town to catch a few shows here
