I found the staff there to be professional, knowledgeable, patient, and most of all caring and sensitive to my needs at a most difficult time in my life. I highly recommend their services to anyone who finds themselves in the unfortunate position of needing those services.
The staff was very organized, answered all of our questions, and made us feel comfortable. They took the burden off of our family and took care of the details. They brainstormed and gave us ideas for things we hadn't even thought of. We feel that the funerals for both our mother and most recently our father, were very classy and dignified. We feel that the folks at Kinkade are not only providing a valuable service to our community, they are also building friendships with families for years after the funeral.
They were very professional and easy to work with. Randy responded to emails quickly and even prepared the paperwork we needed to send in to apply for military burial benefits...all we had to do was sign and send it in.
